Pure Wealth furthers its expansion plans with the exciting addition of Andy Thomas. Andy is an experienced mortgage advisor with a combined fourteen years experience in the finance and property sectors. Now joining Pure Wealth’s new Mortgage Advisory Practice, Andy brings with him a wealth of industry knowledge.

Andy is a capable and personable mortgage advisor, specialising in complex residential and buy2let mortgage borrowing. He is CeMap qualified and HTBW accredited, and can help clients on all aspects of the buying process. Over the last two years he has advised on over £25million of mortgage borrowing, securing purchases and re-mortgages for his clients.

Andy benefits from previously working within both the property valuation and legal conveyancing sectors, which ensures he has breadth of knowledge when offering complete mortgage advice to his clients.

Andy, who lives in Pembrokeshire, is looking forward to using Pure Wealth’s technology to advise his clients across the UK. He said:
