Mollie has worked in the financial advice and planning industry since 2017, building experience across both the UK and international markets. Having worked in both Barcelona and London before relocating to Cardiff, she joined Pure Wealth Management in 2019 and has played a key role in supporting the firm’s growth and operational development.

As Operations Director, Mollie oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring clients receive a professional, personal and seamless service. Committed to maintaining the highest standards, she strives to ensure Pure Wealth clients are supported throughout every stage of their financial planning journey.

Alongside her operational leadership responsibilities, Mollie is qualified to provide specialist Mortgage and Protection advice tailored to clients’ individual needs and circumstances.

Outside of work, Mollie enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and attending sporting events.
